🌱 Trustees at First Steps Bath

Trustees at First Steps Bath are passionate about giving every child the best start in life. They believe in inclusive, high-quality early years education that supports families and empowers communities.

The First Steps Trustee board is made up of a band of curious, and community-minded individuals, they play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our charity, ensuring our services remain responsive, sustainable, and rooted in the needs of the children and families we serve.

They attend four board meetings each year and a strategic planning meeting, when time allows they take on additional roles and responsibilities and attend First Steps events.

We are always looking for people to keep the board fresh and ensure that the voice of the family and the community is reflected. Whether you're an experienced trustee or new to the role, we welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds. We offer a supportive induction and ongoing opportunities to learn and contribute.
