We fundraise to secure Free Meals for children in nursery where families are living on low incomes.
We employ Early Years Professionals who have enhanced training in family support and understand the lived experience of local families.
We offer activities and experiences that help parents and their children learn and develop together.
High Quality Provision:
We fundraise to enhance our provision, activities and experiences.
We aim to be an employer of choice by ensuring that we offer good terms and conditions of employment, pay above the living wage and recruit train and develop local people.
We have worked with families, staff and linked professionals to develop our own Theory of change, we have thought through and documented how our services and nursery provision work, why it will work, who it will benefit (and in what way) and the conditions required for success.
